Welcome to AceTrack (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the App with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, coach, school, or other authorized adult, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
2.1 Subscription Overview
- The App may offer optional paid subscriptions or premium features ("Pro").
- Subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Free features may be limited, and certain advanced statistics, analytics, or other premium functionality may require a subscription.
2.2 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or other applicable platform provider.
- By subscribing, you authorize the applicable platform to charge your selected payment method.
2.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device account settings.
- Unless required by law or platform rules, subscription fees are non-refundable.
2.4 Pricing Changes
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or available premium features at any time, subject to notice where required by applicable law or platform rules.
3. Use of the App
3.1 License Grant
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, team, coaching, or internal organizational purposes.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, related systems, or data.
- Use the App in a way that interferes with or disrupts the App or other users.
4. Data Storage and User Responsibility
- AceTrack may store team, roster, lineup, match, and statistics data locally on your device and may also use third-party services where applicable.
- You are responsible for reviewing, managing, and backing up your team and match data as appropriate.
- We do not guarantee permanent availability, backup, export, or recovery of your data unless explicitly stated in the App.
- We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, deletion, app removal, operating system issues, corruption, user error, service outages, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
- Uninstalling the App or clearing local app data may permanently remove stored information.
5. Volleyball Scoring and Statistics Disclaimer
- AceTrack is a digital volleyball scorebook and statistics tool designed for convenience and organization.
- The App does not guarantee that scores, lineups, rotations, substitutions, libero tracking, logs, or statistics are complete, error-free, or official.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing match data and ensuring that any official scoring decisions, lineup decisions, or reporting obligations are correct.
- The App is not a substitute for official referees, scorekeepers, governing body rules, league requirements, or school/club procedures.
- Automatically generated statistics are based only on the data entered into the App and may be incomplete or inaccurate if data is missing or entered incorrectly.
- We are not responsible for losses, disputes, eligibility issues, reporting issues, coaching decisions, or other consequences resulting from reliance on App data.
6. Third-Party Services
- The App may rely on third-party services, including platform billing providers and analytics or subscription services.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
- Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, branding, design, functionality, and code in the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any scores, stats, notifications, logs, or reports generated by the App.
- Notification delivery depends on device settings, operating system behavior, connectivity, and other external factors, and may be delayed or fail entirely.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the App.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App or subscription during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for data loss, missed statistics, scoring disputes, lineup errors, reporting issues, subscription interruptions, or decisions made based on App output.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information.
11. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
