Information you provide in the app


In Short: We process the volleyball data you choose to enter into AceTrack.

This may include team names, player names or roster details, lineups, rotations, substitutions, libero tracking, match events, scores, and statistics you enter or generate while using the app.

Device-stored app data


In Short: AceTrack is designed to store core app data locally on your device.

Unless we tell you otherwise in the app or this notice, AceTrack is not intended to function as a cloud account or hosted profile service for your team and match data. AceTrack data may be removed if you clear app data, change devices without migration, or uninstall the app.

Support communications


In Short: If you contact us directly, we may receive the information you include in your message.

This may include your name, email address, device details, and any screenshots, attachments, or descriptions you send us.

Billing and subscription information


In Short: If AceTrack offers paid features, billing and purchase information is generally processed by the platform provider rather than directly by us.

We do not process your full payment card details ourselves when purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?


In Short: AceTrack data is generally kept for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice.

Team, roster, lineup, match, and statistics data that AceTrack stores locally may remain on your device until you edit it, delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

Support emails and related communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Billing and subscription records may be retained by Apple, Google, or other applicable providers under their own legal and operational retention policies.


7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?


We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information under our control. However, no digital storage, device, or transmission method can be guaranteed 100% secure.


8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?


AceTrack may be used by students, teams, coaches, parents, and organizations, but it is not directed to children under 13 as an independent consumer service.

If you believe personal information from a child has been provided to us directly in a way that violates applicable law, contact us so we can review and address the issue.


9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?


Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information.

Because AceTrack data is primarily intended to remain on your device unless otherwise disclosed, many privacy actions may be handled directly by you inside the app or through your device settings.

Rights related to store billing and subscription records are generally handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable providers under their own policies and legal obligations.


10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES


Because there is no uniform Do-Not-Track standard, AceTrack does not currently state that it responds to browser or device DNT signals.


11. US STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS NOTICE


Residents of certain US states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and appeal certain privacy request outcomes.

Because AceTrack data is primarily intended to remain on your device unless otherwise disclosed, and because store billing data is generally controlled by third parties, fulfilling some requests may require you to use your device settings and/or contact the relevant third-party provider directly.

AceTrack is a convenience tool for volleyball scorekeeping and statistics. Scores, lineups, rotations, substitutions, libero tracking, logs, and statistics may be incomplete or inaccurate if data is entered incorrectly, omitted, or affected by device or software issues.

You remain responsible for confirming any official scoring, lineup, eligibility, reporting, or governing body requirements.


16. RELATIONSHIP TO TERMS OF SERVICE


This notice should be read together with the AceTrack Terms of Service available at /terms/volleyball_terms.html. If there is a conflict between this notice and the Terms regarding privacy or data handling, this notice controls to the extent of that conflict.
