By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Subscriptions Donationss and Payments
- The App may offer optional subscriptions to remove ads and provide a subscriber icon.
- The App may also accept voluntary donations to support development, which provide no entitlements or features.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until canceled through the App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions and donations are non-refundable.
- Upon subscription expiration, premium features become unavailable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's subscription settings.

- Voluntary donations support App development but provide no features, benefits, or entitlements.
- Donations are final and non-refundable.
- Donors receive no special treatment or privileges within the App.
3. Use of the App
- The App is a companion tool for Destiny 2 players, allowing users to track weapons, perks, and god rolls.
- You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, attempting to access the App's backend, or using the App unlawfully.
4. Data Storage and User Responsibility
- All weapon tracking data is stored locally on your device.
- You are responsible for backing up your data; uninstalling the App will permanently delete all stored tracking data.
5. Advertisements
- The free version of the App displays **non-personalized ads** through Google AdMob.
- No personal data is collected or tracked for ad targeting.
- We are not responsible for third-party ad content or links.
6. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
- *Destiny* and all related content are trademarks of Bungie, Inc.
- This App is **not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Bungie, Inc.**
- All in-game content, images, and trademarks are property of Bungie, Inc.
- All other App content, including logos and graphics, is owned by Cultivate Digital, LLC or its licensors.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of weapon data; it may change due to game updates.
- The App may not be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for any subscription during the last billing cycle.
